
When only balls will do. Sorry—I had to! These SALTED CASHEW VANILLA BALLS are the shizzy and I couldn’t wait to share them with you! Perfect for snacking on all week long—here’s how to make them!

Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup creamy cashew butter
- ½ tsp sea salt + sea salt flakes for on top
- ½ cup dairy free chocolate chips + more to melt and drizzle on top
Instructions
- Blend all of the ingredients except the chocolate chips in a food processor.
- The dough should be thick.
- Transfer to a bowl and fold in chocolate chips.
- Form 10 balls with your hands and place them on a plate.
- Melt chocolate of choice, drizzle on top, and add sea salt flakes!
