SALTED CASHEW VANILLA BALLS - INGREDIENTS1 cup oat flour1/4 cup coconut flour 1/2 cup maple syrup 1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)1 tsp vanilla extract3/4 cup creamy cashew butter 1/2 tsp sea salt + sea salt flakes for on top1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips + more to melt and drizzle on top

When only balls will do. Sorry—I had to! These SALTED CASHEW VANILLA BALLS are the shizzy and I couldn’t wait to share them with you! Perfect for snacking on all week long—here’s how to make them!

SALTED CASHEW VANILLA BALLS

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup creamy cashew butter
  • ½ tsp sea salt + sea salt flakes for on top
  • ½ cup dairy free chocolate chips + more to melt and drizzle on top

Instructions

  • Blend all of the ingredients except the chocolate chips in a food processor.
  • The dough should be thick.
  • Transfer to a bowl and fold in chocolate chips.
  • Form 10 balls with your hands and place them on a plate.
  • Melt chocolate of choice, drizzle on top, and add sea salt flakes!
