Ingredients
- ½ cup coconut milk, use the full fat coconut milk from a can, just mix it well
- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 1 ½ cups chopped fresh pineapple
- 2 tablespoons agave or maple syrup
- 6 ounces tequila
Instructions
- In a blender, add the strawberries, 1/4 cup of the coconut milk, 1 tablespoon of the agave/maple syrup, and 3 ounces tequila.
- Blend until smooth and transfer to a bowl.
- Rinse blender.
- Add pineapple, remaining 1/4 cup of the coconut milk, 1 tablespoon of the agave/maple syrup, and 3 ounces tequila.
- Blend until smooth.
- Now alternate pouring the strawberry mixture and pineapple mixture into the popsicle molds until each mold is full.
- Freeze overnight, and enjoy the next day!
