There is no better summer cocktail than the Aperol Spritz. A bubbly Italian cocktail, it’s sweet, refreshing, and bursting with fresh citrus to cool you down on a warm summer day. This is my Easy Frozen Aperol Spritz – a delicious and fun twist on the classic Aperol Spritz. It’s so easy to make and I know you’re going to love it!

Friends, as the weather starts to warm up, I am dreaming of all of the cool and refreshing summer cocktail recipes. Specifically: my frozen cocktails. There’s something SO fun about a frozen, slushy-like cocktail. It’s the perfect way to cool off on those warm summer days and enjoy a boozy treat! Over the years, I’ve shared recipes like my Frozen Mango Mescal Margarita and my Gut-Healthy Frozen Hot Chocolate (which can easily be made boozy with a splash of vodka!) But this Frozen Aperol Spritz may be my new favorite.
One of my all-time favorite summertime cocktails is the Aperol Spritz. It’s traditionally served as an Italian aperitif meant to accompany meals, but because this drink is anything but traditional, it can truly be enjoyed anytime. I love pairing this drink with a pasta dish, like my Perfect Spaghetti Aglio E Olio, or a seafood dish like my Easy Baja Fish Tacos or my Salmon Piccata!
And if you’re looking for a fun twist on this Frozen Aperol Spritz, I highly recommend trying out my strawberry version. It’s perfectly sweet and delicious!
To make this Frozen Aperol Spritz, start by adding all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender: the ice cubes, orange juice, Aperol, and Prosecco. Blend for 30 seconds, until all of the ingredients have fully combined.
Once the ingredients have come together, divide the Frozen Aperol Spritz amongst two glasses. Add a slice of orange to each one for garnishing, then serve and enjoy!

I love this recipe for hot summer days! I am a fan of Aperol Spritz, and this is a great alternative to the original. I tried the recipe with orange juice ice cubes. I filled the orange juice into ice cube molds the day before, and it worked very well.
I’m so happy it turned out well, Lola! Thank you so much for your review!
