Fall is here, which means it’s time for one of my favorite posts of the year: my Pumpkin Recipe Roundup! If you love all things pumpkin-related, then this roundup is for you, because we’re going to be going through all of my BEST pumpkin recipes! This is the perfect post to SAVE for those moments when you want to make something pumpkin-y, but don’t know what to make, or for all of your Fall and/or Halloween party festivities.
Call me cliche, but I love pumpkin so much. In fact, it’s my favorite thing about Fall! To me, there’s nothing better than getting to eat all of the pumpkin-y, spicy (think: cinnamon and clove spice), sweet treats this time of year. And yes, I am a fan of a good pumpkin spice latte.
This love for pumpkin has inspired so many of my most-loved recipes, from my homemade pumpkin butter that’s BETTER than Trader Joe’s (true story) to my paleo pumpkin bread and everything in-between. When it comes to pumpkin, these recipes take the cake, and have all been tried, tested, and well-loved by my community!

No 1. – Easy Paleo Pumpkin Bread
One of my most popular pumpkin recipes, by far, is my Easy Paleo Pumpkin Bread. As the name implies, it’s incredibly easy to make, and is a super delicious twist on the pumpkin bread that you know and love. Plus, it’s free from added sugars and is totally paleo-friendly. Woohoo!
No 2. – Vegan Pumpkin Graham Cracker Cheesecake
No Thanksgiving dinner (or any fall/winter dinner) would be complete without my Vegan Pumpkin Graham Cracker Cheesecake. A rich, creamy, pumpkin-y cheesecake situated atop a perfectly-crisp graham cracker crust is the perfect combination. Say “bye-bye” to pumpkin pie, because this recipe takes the cake.
No 3. – My Favorite Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
This is my fall go-to smoothie, and is perfect after a workout, or for those moments where I want something sweet, yet still healthy and nutritious. My Favorite Pumpkin Pie Smoothie is everything that you know and love about pumpkin pie, rolled into one delicious and nutritious smoothie! No 4. – 5 Minute Pumpkin Butter (better than Trader Joe’s!)
There is nothing that’s more quintessential to Fall for me than pumpkin butter. Sorry pumpkin spice latte fans, but for me, pumpkin butter is where it’s AT. And my 5 Minute Pumpkin Butter is so delicious, so simple, and so easy to make! Plus, it’s refined sugar-free, which not only makes it healthier, but taste better than its Trader Joe’s counterpart. Woohoo!
No 5. – The Best Ever Paleo Pumpkin Pie Bars
These Paleo Pumpkin Pie Bars are so good, you’ll never want to make pumpkin pie in a tin anymore! Bars are better; not only are they portable, but they’re mess-free and require no utensils. Plus, they are gluten-free, grain-free, and refined sugar-free; because let’s be real, no one wants a sugar crash this time of year (or any time of the year for that matter)!
No 6. – Incredible Pumpkin Caramel Cookie Skillet
I truly believe that this recipe – my Incredible Pumpkin Caramel Cookie Skillet is one of the best recipes I have ever created. I know that is saying a lot, but I am one of those food bloggers that is very intentional about the content I put out into the world, so I wouldn’t say it unless it was true. It’s paleo, grain-free, gluten-free, and vegan-friendly, and is a must-make recipe this Fall season!
No 7. – Pumpkin Spice Cookie Scones
What do you get when you cross a cookie and a scone? A cookie-scone! These Pumpkin Spice Cookie Scones have a flaky, scone-like texture on the outside, and a soft, cookie-like texture on the inside. And with that glaze on top?! You are in for a real treat!
No 8. – The Best Gluten Free Pumpkin Fudge Bread
This is the only Pumpkin Fudge Bread you need this holiday season! It’s moist, super pumpkin-y, and it’s studded with loads of chocolate chips and melted chocolate on top. This loaf is truly irresistible! And you know what else? It’s also nut-free, so if you have a nut allergy, rejoice, you can eat this bread and be teleported to nirvana!
No 9. – Paleo Pumpkin Snickerdoodles
Paleo Pumpkin Snickerdoodles. Need I say more? These delicious cookies are wonderfully light and fluffy, and have that signature cinnamon-y taste that you know and love from snickerdoodles, but with an added twist. This time, I added pumpkin to make them the perfect fall treat. I just know you’re going to love them.
No 10. – Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Tahini Cookies
If you love my signature Life Changing Tahini Chocolate Chip Cookies, then you’re going to LOVE this recipe. These are a riff off of that recipe, but with a special pumpkin twist. When I say that these will truly change your life, I mean it. Make these, and you’ll see the magic for yourself!
