Cinnamon Crepes

CINNAMON CRÈPES - INGREDIENTS1/2 cup all purpose flour (or gluten free flour, I like Bob’s Red Mill 1:1 Gluten Free Flour)1 tablespoon maple syrup1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1/4 teaspoon sea salt1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract3/4 cup almond milk

Ingredients

Instructions

  • In a blender, add all ingredients. 
  • Blend on high for 20 seconds. 
  • Heat a large pan on the stove over medium heat. 
  • Generously spray the pan with oil. 
  • Pour half the batter into the pan. 
  • After about two minutes, or when you start to see bubbles, flip to the other side, for another minute. 
  • Transfer to plate, respray the pan, and repeat with with remaining batter. 
  • I topped mine with powdered sugar, cinnamon, and maple syrup. 
  • Enjoy!
