Preheat oven to 350.
Grease a ramekin well. If you don’t have one, just use an oven safe bowl.
In a food processor or blender, add all ingredients except for the chocolate squares.
Pulse/ blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Use a spatula to scrape down the sides so the batter is smooth.
Pour into the ramekin or bowl.
Drop the chocolate squares/chips into the center.
Bake for 13-15 minutes or microwave for 2-2 1/2 minutes. The top should be just set, but not fully cooked—gooey!!
Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, and dig in!!!!!
