Here’s a my most favorite eggnog latte recipe that’s better (and more nutritious) than a Starbucks eggnog latte recipe. And it’s so easy to make a latte at home, even without an espresso maker!
To make this Cozy Eggnog Latte, here is what you need:
Almond milk: You can use any non-dairy milk. Cashew milk is also really tasty in this latte!
Eggnog: You can purchase eggnog at the store, or you can make my Creamy Vegan Eggnog
Coffee: For this recipe, you don’t need espresso. All you need is brewed coffee.
Vanilla: Vanilla extract gives this recipe a little pizzazz, don’t skip it.
Coconut sugar: I love adding a touch of coconut sugar, for a little added sweetness. However, depending on what eggnog you use to make this recipe, you may not need it. Use your judgment 🙂
Cinnamon: Cinnamon definitely brings this recipe to life, so if you have cinnamon, make sure to use it!
Whipped Cream: I always say that whipped cream is optional, but in my mind, it’s definitely not optional. These days you can even find great vegan and dairy-free ones at most major grocery stores!
What you see pictured above is my very own Creamy Vegan Eggnog Recipe. If you haven’t tried it yet, it’s an absolute must!
And to make this recipe, it literally could not be easier. All you have to do is blend all of the ingredients in a high speed blender, and then transfer it to a small pot on the stove to heat it to your liking. Then you divide it among two mugs and top with whipped cream!
One of my favorite treats to enjoy with my eggnog latte is my Chewy Gingerbread Molasses Cookies! That’s what you see pictured above! This recipe was a 2020 reader favorite, and every time I have a holiday drink, I enjoy one or two of these bad boys along with it, and it puts me in full-blown holiday spirit. If you haven’t made them yet, it’s a must.
If you make this recipe, be sure to leave a comment and below; and, since I practically live on Instagram, tag me in your creations so that I can repost! Enjoy!
