I used a maple pecan coffee to make this and it was fantastic! SO much better than classic pumpkin spice!

So I am big fan and love all the content you produce! I could be wrong but I think maybe for this recipe it should be with 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice and not 1 tablespoon? I just made this for a friend and me and only did 1 tablespoon because I felt like 2 was way too much and it was still WAY too spicy. Is this right? Or did I do something else wrong?
