PECAN PUMPKIN LATTE - INGREDIENTS3/4 cup black coffee, hot1/3 cup non-dairy milk of choice, hot3 tb pecans2 medjool dates2 tb pumpkin purée1 tb pumpkin pie spice

The most perfect creamy PECAN PUMPKIN LATTE you’ll ever have, I promise! The other day I was scrolling through instagram and saw @fitmittenkitchen’s cashew pumpkin latte, and it got me in the MOOOOOOOOD to make something similar, but with pecans, because pecans scream fall! Pecans are super good for you and full of healthy fats, so you can count on this latte to get you through an afternoon slump and keep you satiated until dinnertime!

The creamiest and most delicious pecan pumpkin latte around town. If there's one thing that will get you in the mood for the upcoming holidays, it's this drink!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup black coffee, hot
  • 1/3 cup non-dairy milk of choice, hot
  • 3 tablespoons pecans
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin purée
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  • Make sure your coffee and milk are hot.
  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and turn on high for about one minute or so, until nice and frothy.
  • Make sure the top of your blender is on tight so it doesn't fly off. Speaking from experience!

    So I am big fan and love all the content you produce! I could be wrong but I think maybe for this recipe it should be with 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice and not 1 tablespoon? I just made this for a friend and me and only did 1 tablespoon because I felt like 2 was way too much and it was still WAY too spicy. Is this right? Or did I do something else wrong?

    • OMG!!! This should be 1 teaspoon and I am fixing it right now. I am so sorry about that and I hope you give it another try, it’s my favorite seasonal drink recipe!
